Do you want people to come and walk on trails? Are they marked? Are there special hours you’d like visitors to respect? Description could be something like this:
A portion of our land is donated to the Champlain Area Trail System (CATS). Human visitors are welcome to walk, hike, ski, and snowshoe these trails while there is daylight and with respect for the surroundings and the wildlife present. Before your visit, we encourage you to request a map from CATS.
